I’ll be attending Open Web Asia (SEA) 2010 which is going to be hosted in Malaysia for the very first time. The conference will take place at Crowne Plaza Mutiara Hotel on the 13th and 14th of July 2010. The theme for this event is “Web Innovation In Asia”.
A lot of techies will be there including a Dr. Serkan Toto of TechCrunch Japan and Michael Francis Smith Jr who is the Director of Yahoo Southeast Asia. A list of speakers is available on the official site. It’s going to last for two days, a schedule has already been put up.
I’m not going to talk much about it, you can visit their site for more information. Anyway tickets are selling at RM200 if you get it online and RM300 if you walk in and register. I’ll be attending the Social Media track on day 1 and Developer track on day 2. If you have time just hit me up with a reply on Twitter.
Thanks to Simon Lim, you can easily get 10% off the original price(RM200). Not a big difference but you can get me a cup of Starbucks coffee. The promo code is 11217.
Get your tickets here!
People I know who are coming
A few people who I know are coming, here’s a list:
Just to include, I’ll be missing my pre-trials exams for this. It better be worth it.
