Yeah, yeah. We have all heard about the ‘new’ Digg but have you ever seen it with your own eyes? Invites were sent to some lucky people recently. I’ve got a few screenshots here of Digg v4, I’m not one of those lucky guys but I’ve got a friend who is. Click on each image for a bigger preview.
The UI doesn’t look complete yet, hopefully they’re working on it. Its a job well done, great effort from the Digg team. I’m hoping to see Digg v4 go live soon. The cool Digg navigation is no more there.

Manmohanjit, really nice scoop on getting these pictures!
Just wanted to let you and your readers know that a lot of what is listed here as new features on Digg have already been implemented on my new social news site, quippd. (http://quippd.com/popular).
We have a home page that has all the stories liked by friends — and users are able to see comments on this page. We have a “leaderboard” of popular stories.
We are missing an onboarding feature, however, and we don’t have an import for stories on other social networks or RSS feeds.
