A year ago, I bought this(mamohanjit.com) domain from my host. Their services were really crappy but their support were good. You can talk to the guy like a friend. Now I’m really angry and irritated, I bought the domain thinking that I’ll continue hosting with them but due to their downtime I had to switch to another host(Eleven2). Now the problem is that my domain is expiring. I need to renew it. To do that, I need the EPP code for that particular.
They underwent re-branding, from TNN to HostEmo. So their domain name also switched. Now I can’t access the support center at all. I can’t create even create a support ticket. So I re-registered on their support site which by the way is located on another domain, this is really troublesome. Right now I’m waiting, hopefully they’ll reply and send me my EPP code without making me go through many other ‘security measures’.
So guys, if you’re going to buy a domain. First make sure that you choose a permanent host that offers both good service and support, then buy it.
