# Slick Menu using CSS3

by Manmohanjit Singh on Feb 22nd, 2010 in General.

I found a article, ‘Create a Slick Menu using CSS3‘. Can you even imagine how far CSS3 can take you? Pure CSS, no images and no javascript. They tried to mimic Dragon Interactive which used a lot of resources(images, javascript). The animations only work in Webkit based browsers like Google Chrome and Apple Safari.

To extend support for non-Webkit browsers, a simple line of jQuery code would do the job. As usual, in Internet Explorer you just get the navigation structure. I’m patiently waiting for Internet Explorer 9. As promised by Microsoft during PDC09, Internet Explorer 9 is a huge upgrade for web users. Hopefully something happens in MIX10.

Don’t forget to bookmark ‘Insic Designs‘. Its another great resource for Web Designers.
