I really wanted to have a custom font on my site, it would be cool. The current fonts available to choose from are just plain simple! Using @fontface, I’ve successfully done so.
I really didn’t do much, just read up a little bit on this attribute. I’m using the Sensation font, which is amazingly sexy! You’ll have to agree right? Bern Montag, the creator of this font has done just a amazing job with it. The author created a sample HTML document on how we could implement it using CSS.
Right now I’ve tested it on IE8, Safari, Chrome, Firefox and Opera. All of them work. Though on IE6 and IE7, it doesn’t render it. I wouldn’t care too much, most of the internet users are already beginning to switch to Firefox or Chrome.
I’ve also took the chance to update the current theme a little bit, since the vertical-align attribute doesn’t work in both IE 6 and IE 7, it messed the page up a little. I had got rid of the mess but its still not aligned in the middle. Can’t find any solution online too.
If you’re a IE 6 user, you might notice a little image appearing on the top right of this page, its just a message to update your browser. That’s about all. I’m going to do more, but when I have the time to.

Using the @font-face kit over at fontsquirrel, I’ve been able to impliment sansation – even on ie6 and ie7.
Trouble is, the fonts look really choppy when rendendered by a browser.
This font is starting to look unusable.

What font exactly did you use? I haven’t had a problem with it at all.
